Group prenatal yoga workshops offered through Purple Yoga in Fullerton and Long Beach. These workshops are a wonderful way to move your body, prepare your mind, and build community with other expecting parents. Not pregnant, but work with pregnant bodies (yoga teacher, doula, medical provider, etc.)? You are welcome to join! Props provided, just bring your mat!

Featuring Intro To Labor & Delivery, Comfort & Coping, and Push Prep, this series provides the ideal space for partners to experiment with hands-on support strategies and become more confident in their role as a labor support person, and help you stack the cards in your favor in order to reduce the length of time spent pushing, reduce the risk of tearing during delivery, and prepare you for postpartum pelvic floor recovery.
